During the high-stakes Apple iPhone launches, I spearheaded "day-of" production cycles, filming authentic content and deploying innovative AR assets within hours of the keynote to beat competitors to market. Simultaneously, I navigated complex Disney IP guidelines by leading a lean, three-person team through a 4-day content marathon in Orlando, capturing over 1,000 high-quality assets while ensuring 100% compliance with strict shot-list restrictions. This blend of strategic precision and scrappy field production allowed us to maintain market leadership through cost-effective, co-branded storytelling at a global scale.
